Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and QUIKSUITE LLC for buying and using business contact data from cheapleads.io. Please read them before you order. The short version: you buy credits (one time or on a monthly plan), you spend one credit per lead to build a list, you get a CSV, you may use it for your own business outreach, and you must follow the laws that govern that outreach.
1. Acceptance and who can buy
cheapleads.io (the "Site") is operated by QUIKSUITE LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, building a list, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you buy for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company, and "you" means that company and you. The Site is for business use only. You may not buy or use the data for personal, family or household purposes.
2. The service
The Site lets you filter a database of business contacts by criteria such as job title, industry, company size and location, see a live count and a masked preview, choose how many contacts you want, pay with credits, and download a CSV file. A contact record can include a person's name, title, seniority, department, company, domain, industry, company size, business location, LinkedIn URL, work email address with a status, and a mobile phone number where available.
You can browse and filter without an account. To hold credits you sign in with your Whop account (see section 4). You can claim free credits (see section 5), buy credits one time or subscribe to a monthly plan. Counts and previews are estimates to help you decide and are not a promise about the final file. The masked preview shows only part of each record. Fields such as the email or phone number may be missing for some contacts.
The data is licensed to us from third-party business data providers and gathered from publicly available professional information. We may change, add or remove filters, fields and sources, or pause the Site, at any time.
3. Ordering and payment
- Price. We set the price. The price of one-time credits and of each monthly plan is shown on the Site before you check out. One-time credits are priced per lead in bands, subject to a minimum purchase of $5. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Our prices include any sales tax or VAT that applies. Whop, as merchant of record, collects that tax out of the price, so it is not added on top.
- Payment through Whop. Payment is handled by our payment provider, Whop. When you pay, you also agree to Whop's terms and privacy policy for that payment. We do not receive your full payment details. Whop shares your name, email address and payment confirmation with us so we can add your credits and deliver your order.
- One-time purchases. When you buy credits one time, you are charged once for that purchase. We do not charge you again unless you buy again or you subscribe to a monthly plan.
- Building a list with missing credits. If you build a list and do not have enough credits, checkout buys exactly the credits you are missing at the one-time price, and your list builds right after payment.
- Order accepted. A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed and the credits are added to the account that paid. A list order is complete when the file is made available to you. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a breach of these terms, and if we do we will refund what you paid for it.
- Charge problems. If you see a charge you do not recognize or believe is wrong, contact us first at support@cheapleads.io so we can fix it quickly.
4. Credits
- What a credit is. 1 credit equals 1 lead. You spend credits when you build a list, one credit for each lead in the list.
- Your account. Credits attach to your Whop account. You sign in with Whop to see your balance, your plan and your recent lists. If you pay without signing in, the credits go to the Whop account that paid, and you see them by signing in with that account.
- Two kinds of credits. One-time credits are the ones you buy in a single purchase. Monthly credits come with a monthly plan. When you build a list, monthly credits are spent first.
- One-time credits do not expire. They stay on your account until you spend them.
- Monthly credits. They roll over from month to month while your plan stays active. When the plan ends, any monthly credits you have left are removed (see section 6).
- No cash value. Credits are not money. They cannot be redeemed for cash, and they are non-transferable: you cannot sell, give or move them to another account. Credits are non-refundable except as stated in section 14.
- Misuse. We may remove credits that were added by mistake or obtained by fraud or abuse of the Site.
5. Free credits
From time to time we offer free credits, such as 500 free credits (enough for 500 leads) when you sign up on the Site. These terms apply to them.
- How to claim. Enter your name, work email address and phone number, agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, and sign in with Whop (or create a free Whop account). The free credits are then added to that Whop account.
- One claim. Each email address, each phone number and each Whop account can claim free credits once. Details must be real and belong to you.
- Same as bought credits, with limits. Free credits are spent the same way as one-time credits (1 credit per lead) and do not expire. They have no cash value, cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Data rules still apply. Leads built with free credits are licensed under section 8 and are subject to sections 9, 10 and 11, the same as paid leads.
- Our rights. We may refuse a claim, limit the number of claims, and change or end the free offer at any time. We may remove free credits, and any lists built with them, that were obtained through multiple accounts, fake or borrowed details, automated signups or any other abuse, and we may suspend the accounts involved (see section 16).
6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Please read before you subscribe. A monthly plan renews automatically every 30 days and charges the same payment method each time until you cancel.
| Plan | Credits added each 30 days | Price each 30 days |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 credits | 1,000 | $9.60 |
| 5,000 credits | 5,000 | $38 |
| 10,000 credits | 10,000 | $66 |
| 25,000 credits | 25,000 | $126 |
- What you agree to. When you subscribe at checkout, you authorize Whop to charge the plan price for the plan you picked now and again every 30 days, and each charge adds the plan's credits to your account. The plan price, the credit amount and the 30 day renewal period are shown before you pay. Prices include any sales tax or VAT that applies.
- Renewal until you cancel. Your plan keeps renewing every 30 days until you cancel it.
- How to cancel online. Sign in, open your account panel on the Site, and use the link to manage your plan, which opens Whop's manage page. Cancel there at any time. You do not need to contact us, and cancelling is meant to be as easy as subscribing. If you cannot cancel online, email support@cheapleads.io and we will help.
- When cancellation takes effect. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the 30 day period you already paid for, and you can keep using your credits until then. We do not refund the current period.
- Rollover and loss of monthly credits. Unused monthly credits roll over while your plan stays active. When your plan ends, any monthly credits you have left are removed. A plan ends when you cancel and the paid period runs out, or when a payment fails and the membership deactivates. Credits you bought one time are not affected.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Whop may retry it. If it is not paid, the membership deactivates and the plan ends.
- Price changes. We will change the price or credits of a plan only with advance notice to you, and the change will not apply to a renewal until after that notice. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Refunds. Subscription charges are covered by section 14.
7. Delivery
After you build a list, the CSV file is available to download on the Site's page for your list, and you can follow a link from your account panel back to your recent lists. Download links for a list work for 24 hours, and we do not store files beyond that, so please download and save the file right away. We may not be able to re-issue or recover a file after that. If a download fails or the file is incomplete, contact us with your order ID within that window and we will help.
8. License to use the data
Subject to these terms and payment in full, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased records for your own internal business-to-business sales, marketing and recruiting outreach. You may load the records into your own CRM, email, calling or outreach tools for that purpose.
You may let your employees and contractors use the records for you, and you may let a service provider (for example, an agency or sales team working on your behalf) use them solely to carry out outreach for you, if each is bound to terms at least as protective as these. You are responsible for anything they do with the data.
You get a license to use the data, not ownership of the database or of the people the data describes. All rights not granted are reserved. The license is for the records in your order and for no other records.
9. Restrictions
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute. Sell, rent, lease, license, publish, share, give away or otherwise make available the data, in whole or part, as a list, database, file, API or any other standalone form, whether or not for a fee.
- Build a competing product. Use the data or the Site to create, train, enrich or improve a contact database, directory, lead-generation product or any service that competes with ours or with our data providers.
- Extract the database. Use scripts, bots, scrapers or repeated orders to systematically collect the database or large parts of it, or to get around rate limits, order limits, access codes or other controls.
- Make eligibility decisions. Use the data, in whole or part, to decide whether someone is eligible for credit or insurance, employment, housing or tenancy, a government license or benefit, or for any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or a similar law. We are not a consumer reporting agency and the data is not a consumer report.
- Break the law. Use the data in any way that breaks a law, regulation or third-party right, including the laws in section 10.
- Harass or harm. Use the data to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, defraud, phish, impersonate or otherwise abuse any person, or to send malware or deceptive messages.
- Discriminate or target sensitive characteristics. Use the data to discriminate against anyone, or to target, infer or profile people by race, ethnicity, religion, health, sexual orientation, immigration status, union membership or any other sensitive characteristic.
- Target people outside their business role. Use the data for consumer (B2C) marketing, or to contact people about matters unrelated to their professional role.
- Feed it to third-party AI. Provide the data to an outside AI service that may train on it or retain it for its own purposes.
- Misuse the Site. Interfere with or probe the Site's security, share access codes you were not given, or order on behalf of someone you cannot lawfully order for.
Our data providers set terms on how their data may be used. Those limits, including the ban on resale and on building competing databases, pass through to you, and we may update this section to reflect them.
10. Your compliance obligations
We provide the data. You are solely responsible for how you contact people and for having a lawful basis to do it. Buying a record does not give you permission to contact the person. In particular, you agree to comply with all laws that apply to you and to your outreach, including:
- Email (CAN-SPAM and similar laws). Use accurate sender and subject information, identify your messages correctly, include a valid physical postal address and a working opt-out in every commercial email, and honor opt-outs promptly and within the time the law allows.
- Calls and texts (TCPA, Telemarketing Sales Rule and state laws). Do not place calls or send texts to mobile numbers using an autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice, or automated text system without the prior consent the law requires. Check the National Do Not Call Registry, state do-not-call lists and your own internal do-not-call list before you call or text. Follow calling-hour limits and state telemarketing and "mini-TCPA" rules. We do not check consent or screen numbers against any list for you.
- EU and UK (GDPR, UK GDPR, PECR and ePrivacy rules). If you contact anyone in the EEA or UK, you must have a lawful basis, give the notices the law requires, respect the rules on electronic marketing (which can vary for individual and corporate recipients), and respond to objections and data requests.
- Canada (CASL). Do not send commercial electronic messages to anyone in Canada unless you have consent or a valid exemption and meet the identification and unsubscribe requirements.
- US state privacy laws and other laws on data protection, marketing and data brokers that apply to you, in any place you operate or contact people.
Once you receive a record, you are responsible for it as the party that decides how it is used. You must keep it secure, use it only as these terms permit, and tell us promptly at support@cheapleads.io if you learn of unauthorized access to it.
11. Opt-outs and removal notices
- Honor every opt-out. If anyone asks you to stop contacting them or to delete their information, do so promptly, add them to your suppression list, and do not contact them again from any data source.
- Removal notices from us. People can ask us to remove their information (see our Privacy Policy). If we notify you at the email address you used for your order that a person has asked for removal, you must delete that person's record from your systems and stop using it without undue delay. The only exception is where you can show you hold the same information from another source and have your own lawful basis for it.
- Keep the email address current. Removal notices go to the email address we hold for the order. It is your job to read them and keep that address working.
- Pass requests along. If you receive a privacy request about data from us, tell us where the law or fairness requires it.
12. Communications
- Email. When you claim free credits or create an account, you agree that we may email you about your account and about cheapleads.io, including offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing support@cheapleads.io. We may still send you messages about your account, orders and these terms.
- Calls and texts (optional). If you tick the separate box on the free signup form, you agree to receive calls and text messages, including marketing, from cheapleads.io at the phone number you entered. These may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of claiming free credits. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing support@cheapleads.io.
- Your choices. You can withdraw either consent at any time. Opting out of marketing does not remove your account or your credits.
13. Data accuracy
People change jobs, companies change names and numbers go out of service every day. Contact data goes out of date, and no database is complete or fully correct. We do not promise that any record is accurate, current, complete or reachable.
The email status shown with each address (for example, "valid" or "catch-all") is information only. "Valid" means an address passed a check at some point in time. "Catch-all" means the receiving mail server accepts mail for any address, so we cannot confirm the individual mailbox exists. Neither status is a promise that a message will be delivered, opened or answered. Bounce rates, spam placement, sender reputation and domain health are your responsibility. You should verify the data and test your sending practices before relying on them.
14. Refunds
Because data cannot be returned once it is delivered, all sales are final. If a list fails to deliver a file, or the file is empty or cannot be opened, email support@cheapleads.io and we will re-deliver the list or refund it if we cannot.
Credits are not refundable or transferable and have no cash value. Cancelling a monthly plan stops future renewals, and we do not refund the current period.
15. Ownership and third-party sources
We and our licensors own the Site, the database, and all related rights. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. The data comes from third-party sources, and we may change or stop using any source at any time. We are not responsible for the content or terms of third-party sources or of Whop. Any feedback you give us may be used by us without restriction or payment.
16. Suspension and termination
We may refuse service, block access, cancel orders or end your license at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, put the Site or other people at risk, or used the data unlawfully. We may do so without notice where needed to stop harm. If you materially breach these terms, your license ends automatically. You must then stop using the data, delete it from your systems and, on request, confirm in writing that you have done so. We may also stop offering the Site at any time.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will do so, including sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22.
17. Disclaimers
The Site and the data are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, deliverability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the data will meet your needs or produce any result, such as replies, meetings, hires or sales.
Nothing on the Site is legal advice. You are responsible for deciding whether your use of the data is lawful. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our licensors, providers, officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Site or the data, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site, the data or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order that gave rise to the claim.
These limits apply whatever the legal theory, including contract, tort (including negligence) and statute. They do not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Where a place does not allow some of these limits, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
19. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless QUIKSUITE LLC, our affiliates, licensors and data providers, and their officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, fines, penalties, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Site or the data; your outreach and any messages or calls you make; your breach of these terms; your violation of any law or third-party right; or anyone's use of the data through you.
20. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in South Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and each of us consents to that venue and jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@cheapleads.io and try in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days. Either party may seek an injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective or representative action.
21. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to purchases and renewals made after they are posted. If you do not agree to the new terms, you can stop using the Site and cancel any monthly plan before your next renewal. Price changes to a monthly plan follow section 6.
22. General
- Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. They replace earlier discussions about it. Whop's terms separately govern your payment.
- Severability. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we give it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these terms or your license without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
- Electronic communications. You agree we may contact you electronically, including at the email address you gave at checkout, about your order and these terms. Section 12 covers marketing messages.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers.
23. Contact
For support, refund questions, privacy requests or anything about these terms, email support@cheapleads.io.
